Bullish·Bullish reversal·1-candle·Requires a prior downtrend
What it means
Buyers took charge at the open and held bid-up pressure right through the close. Aggressive demand throughout the session.
Confirmation to wait for
Acted upon on the next session; look for a follow-through close above the marubozu high. Volume on the marubozu should be above the recent average.
Failure mode
Appears inside a range-bound market: the strong-looking candle gets faded the next session. Requires a real prior downtrend to have reversal meaning.
close > open AND body ≥ 95% × (high − low). No prior-trend filter; the marubozu is itself the signal.
