By accessing or using AskNivesh, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the market data disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AskNivesh provides read-only views for Indian market data, indexes, issuer records, corporate actions, reported events, glossary terms, and derived calculations. The app is built around exchange files and named APIs, but it remains a research tool rather than a broker, exchange, adviser, or regulated trading venue.

The app does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal, accounting, portfolio, or suitability advice. Pages, labels, rankings, signals, calculations, and summaries are for information and research support only. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where needed.

Market data may be delayed, provisional, incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or unavailable. Intraday snapshots can change during a session and may be replaced by end-of-day source files once those files are published. Derived metrics depend on the completeness and quality of the underlying source records.

Always verify important facts against the relevant exchange, regulator, issuer filing, broker, adviser, or other official source before acting on them.

You may use the public app for personal, educational, internal research, and evaluation purposes. You may link to public pages as long as the link is not misleading and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed data accuracy.

You agree not to misuse the app or its systems. Restricted conduct includes:

• Scraping, bulk downloading, or republishing data without permission.
• Using automated access that degrades reliability or bypasses controls.
• Reverse engineering, probing, or interfering with infrastructure.
• Removing source, copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices.
• Using the app for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Submitting malware, spam, false correction reports, or harmful content.

The current public web app does not require a trading account or brokerage connection. If future features add user accounts, API keys, paid access, or broker integrations, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

The app interface, data organization, code, documentation, design, trademarks, and product materials are owned by their respective owners or licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of the app, source code, brand, or third-party market data. Public source records remain subject to the rights and terms of their original publishers.

The app may link to exchanges, regulators, issuers, brokers, cloud providers, analytics tools, and other third-party services. AskNivesh is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, policies, or data handling practices.

The service may change, pause, throttle, fail, or be discontinued without notice while the data systems and product are under active development. No specific uptime, latency, retention, or support commitment is made unless a separate written agreement says so.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskNivesh is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, reliance on market data, service interruptions, data delays, or third-party sources.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The updated version is effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
